More or less, required documents remains same for every college.
Below are the pointers from that document. But still if you want you can take a look at the document.
First thing first, candidate must have two photocopies of each document that he/she required for the admission.
- Provisional allotment letter issued by MCC.
- NEET admit card of exam (issued by NTA)
- Rank letter and result issued by NTA (both)
- Class 10th mark sheet and certificate
- Class 12th mark sheet and certificate
- Eight passport size photograph ( 2 thumb size)
- Character certificate from head of institution from where qualifying exam were passed.
- Identity proof (Aadhar card/Voter ID)
- Certificate from competent authority on prescribed format of belong to reserve category SC/ST/OBC/EWS.(As information bulletin MCC Annexure -3,4,5)
- Migration certificate/transfer certificate
- Affidavit by parent, guardian and student (anti ragging)
- Bond and solvency prescribed
- Gap affidavit (if applicable) [Only for droppers]
- PWD certificate (physically challenged and certificate for physically challenged candidate, as per guidelines, if applicable)

Moreover, your all original documents would be collected by the college premises, and you will be given a bonafide to signify that college has all the documents of the candidate till he/she is doing MBBS from the college.
But, it is beneficial to save a soft copy of each of your document as you might need it in the future for any reason- be it applying for any kind of scholarship , or as simple as availing discount on OTT platforms by showing student quota.
